And so it goes on. The death toll rises, the casualties continue and the already entrenched dig ever deeper toward complete immovability. The rest of us, of course, are quite capable of simultaneously sympathising with people under constant bombardment from ‘home-made’ missiles in return for the perceived sins of their political masters and with people living in complete poverty coming under attack from a mightily sophisticated military machine in return for the perceived sins of their political masters.
